Agricultural Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the sector, studied at the Agrarian University of La Molina in Peru, post graduate in Agricultural Administration at the Adolfo Ibañez University in Chile. Extensive experience in managing agricultural companies, including crop change, organizational structure, continuous improvement, internationalization, among others. He is currently a Director of AgroLeal. He led as CEO for 11 years the new stage of Agrícola Cerro Prieto, placing it among the 5 agribusinesses with the best ratios in Peru. He was Vice President of Business Units of Camposol. Organized the purchase of Agro Backus S.A. (currently Agroindustrias AIB SA). Installed the first tomato crops in trellises in Peru, founded and managed the first company for the extraction of sweet potato starch and other roots and tubers in Peru (Almidones y Derivados). He founded the company Comercializadora de Productos Agrícolas (COPRA), interacting with small and medium farmers, developing new business alternatives, transferring technology, among others.
